Wasn't sure if I should post this here or in the guitar form, but it makes more sense here.Or maybe "other"... I don't know

Are there any buckethead fans here? Anybody seeing/saw any of his shows this tour? I'm gonna see him on thursday and I'm really excited, I've heard some good things about these tours.

I really dig Buckethead. You're lucky, getting to see him. Yellowed Hide is one of my favorite songs by him.

Buckethead went to my school, he plays at battle of the bands every year. His dad is a football coach, and a pretty cool guy. Buckethead is pretty much a legend here.

Erm, is there a private message system on this board, I'd rather not post my email address, cause I don't have aim, but I can email it to you, but my computer's been acting weird so the tracks may be in reverse order.

He was awesome live. After the 10th guitar solo in a song though, I got a little impatient. Some of the gimmicks:

-Numchucks...he is very good with them
-The Robot...He does a mad robot
-The drummer...Hes really annoying and unfunny (I thought)

Covers :

Star Wars
Theme from Willi Wonka
Crazy Train

He was in Guns n Roses in the past.. but not the new Guns n Roses. Anyways, it was for the better. Buckethead is better than Guns n Roses.

he WAS in the new guns n roses though. he left because he wanted more time to devote to his solo career and, i assume, because guns n roses was holding him back. it's a shame that thats all most people know hims from. there's that subpar stigma attached to the title "new guns n roses."

his concerts are amazing. it would have been more amazing if i didnt have so me middle aged hippy's hair in my face the whole ****ing time.

He's probably my favorite of the famous virtuosos. His style(s) are so weird, and he's such a talented guitarist. I love listening to his music.

Machoto Mirago = greatest song ever
