Hey, me and my friends got some music on my space. I thought u might like to check it out. We're called Subsequent Theory, we think it fits but we really dont care what you think. If ur asking why am I telling other care what people think. The answer is that we love music and want to share it with people. Our recordings do suck we know this already we are in the process of rerecording them and will have new versions and new songs up asap.

i never said i dont care about you. I said i dont care what you think of us and our music. I want to help local bands out so I say free concert. Good idea to me and some friends of mine. Local park, local bands, good music.

Our thoughts make us what we are. so in essence you not caring what we
think means that you don't care about us

It was quite poor really. Guitars seemed out of tune, there was a buzz in the background for all the recordings. The levels of all the instruments was way off, especially for the first song. The bass on the second song didn't match up at all. You don't have very good attitudes about others' opinions, as Britton was showing. You should care what others think. If you don't care what people think about your music, or at least claim not to, then you're either a liar or you will never be able to accept constructive criticism and have no point asking for it on the site. You guys sound like you're pretty young, in the 12-15 range, am I right? Not that that's bad. In fact that's a good thing, it means you're starting young and have alot of time to get better. Keep practicing, I can see a bit of potential, but you're really gonna have to work at it to progress. Good luck.

I have to agree with Cantbuyathrill, though i don't mind the recording quality of the songs, but the detune of the guitar was quite a problem, it sorta took off alot of the music quality, aside from the record quality. Till i read the thread above i noticed there were more than 1 instrument playing and seeing that there were 3 bandmembers listed on the page. I think letting people put atleast some critisism on your music would have you to prove your style, other than having to change it completely, Though try to think a little more maturely before assuming what everyone will think about your music.

It's lucky that you apparently 'dont care what people think', because I can't see how anyone would think that's any good.
You need to change your attitude, listen to opinions and critisisms very carefully, learn your instruments better and practice your *** off.

Yeah you sound like the "music" I used to make with my mate about 4-5 years ago. We didn't have a clue about anything used to record random stuff onto his computer. It was **** like what your doing. Basically things will get better, eventually we started to develop musically and put a little band togehter again it was crap but me and him have stuck together (he plays drums, me guitar) and have got a really good band. You have to start somewhere and thats where you are, don't play the gig if you want any respect from people give it a couple of years and then do it, you'll be crap but good enough to do a little gig. Im guessin' your about 12,13? So you have a little way to go yet.
