This looks great. The graphics are absolutley insane, and its supposed to be slightly more non-computer programming genius friendly this time.

The last one was so complex it hurt me.

Its coming out in 3 days. Its a space simulator but its got huge depth as you can become part of the economy, create starship fleets order space stations around. I've played the Review Code and you actually get some direction as to what to do this time around

I downloaded X² off Torrentspy and i gave up on it in the end, linearity was practically non existent and it was so overwhelming that I gave up in the end. The mouse movement was really poor as well but after playing X³ I can safely say they've improved it tremendously

This looks so amazingly awesome, I'm at least gonna download and try it I think.

the review code just made it at max settings at 1024x768 on a Radeon 9600xt so my 6600gt is gonna eat it alive

Well, I guess it'll look ok on my radeon 9800.
I just got that card, I'm dissapointed at how expensive good cards have gotten lately, a top of the line card used to run for 200? or something, now that's average at best.

are you kidding me? the 6600gts can be obtained for about £100. You can actually get a 7800GT for £200 off www.overclockers.co.uk
im only upgrading this card when Unreal 3 comes out though :thumb:

Actually over-read the part where it ran on full settings on a radeon 9600.
To be honest, after geforce 4 and radeon 9800 I am completely lost wheter a card is good or not, so I confuse weird numbers like 7800GT for some 500? card.
