I've been buying a lot of stuff lately, and wanted to wait to post until I had a little more ready to roll, but I can't wait anymore :p. I'll be posting pictures tomorrow.

What I have bought in the past 2 weeks are 14" A Zildjian Mastersound hats, 18" A Zildjian Medium Thin crash (both in traditional finish), LP Rock Cowbell, LP Jam Block (high), Vic Firth Isolation headphones, a Korg MA-30 metronome, a Gibraltar bass-drum l-rod mount.

I have a 22" A Ping ride on order, as well as a 22" K Heavy. Both in traditional of course, I'll be picking and buying my favorite when they come in. I should be picking up an 18" A Medium crash soon as well, and have ordered a DW clamp with an l-rod that mounts off a cymbal stand (hihat stand in particular).

14" A Mastersound hats; $215.00, 18" A Medium Thin crash; $150.00, LP Rock cowbell; $31.50, LP Jam Block; $26.50, Giblraltar mount; $22.00, Vic Firth headphones; $30.00, Korg MA-30; $24.50, all in Canadian dollars. Those are prices without tax by the way.

The 22" A Ping will be $199.99, the K Heavy would be $224.99, the 18" A Medium crash will be $150.00, and my DW clamp will be $60.00. After that I'll probably be looking at a DW 5002 around December... $460.00.

...^ The rides have different sounds, and different sounds can always fit in with different music...

Ask a guitarist why they sometimes have half a dozen guitars.

No, I'm not buying both of them at this point, just the one I prefer. Doesn't mean people don't, or that I won't, have multiple rides or hihats, etc. in the future .
