I thought it was a very good movie. It showed great views on racism...and it was just good entertainment. Don't really know why it would be watched in a religion class though.

I was amazed at how much everyone hated each other. There were times where I laughed (though that wasn't the intended reaction) because I didn't know any other way to handle it.
I thought it was a very good movie though, and the confrontation between the Indian and the Mexican was just beautiful. (I even have a picture of it I plan to use as an avatar some day.)

The part where he thought he shot the little girl?

Our teacher forgot how much swearing there was, so she brought it in uninformed I suppose. the message still got across. Afterall, we're all mature adults, or atleast I am.
(ahaha the little girl got shot, PWnEd!)

I'm mature too....though I'm not sure that it would be played in any religion class I went to. There's nudity in it....and they still treat us like we're little kids.:upset:

Amazing movie. When I walked into the movie theater I figured I'd be in for another cliche movie but it was one of my favorite movies this year. Some of the points seemed flawed though. Fantastic soundtrack.
Probably one of the best movies last year.

Just watched it....wow  One of the best movies I've ever seen.
For a few seconds, that confrontation between the Hispanic man and the Indian man was the most painful thing I had ever seen (when I thought she was dead).
Excellent. I highly recommend it.

I think they made the stereotypes too strong to keep the ideals that they were trying to get across in the movie. Everyone I talked to afterwords just said that they were afraid to drive home...which was the opposite of what they wanted to do with the movie.

I thought it was a great movie. My girlfriend got scared everytime she thought someone was going to get hurt. Very ironic seen at the end with the crash.

Yes, that was the most intense and emotional scene I think i've ever seen.
I completely love this movie.

What is it about?
I thought this movie was awful. Racism in La!? Who would've thought of that?

What is it about?
It's about a bunch of people's encounters with racism and crime in Los Angeles, starting with a carjacking. Near the end, everyone's story intertwines.
