Tune down half a step

I know that somebody did a thread that told you how to tune down a whole step but how do you tune down half a step to Eb?

Ive always done it by ear or chromatic tuner but i was just wondering how you do it by guitar. E.g You can tune down to D by tuning your low E to the 7th fret. How do you do this for Eb??

6th fret on e= tone of a string in standard tuning then go from there tuning normally
