If I had the money, and didnt desparatly need a 7 string, Id seriously be considering buying one of these. Ive heard they are awesome!

Whats the difference except for the pickups? Do you get the scalloped frets?

Personally I dislike YJM's sound, but i'm just curious =P

You get A really nicely scalloped neck and Dimarzio YJM Pickups.

from a book i purchased of malmsteen it says the scallaped necks are harder to play but with it you get a better grip

Harder to play with at first, but Ive heard you quickly get used to them. Id love to try one, I think Id get it straight away.

I reckon it'd make it easier to play bloody barre chords! Id love one, but its not really white, its kinda banana yellow.

Dear God I hate his sig strat. It's the completly scalloped neck that does it in for me. Before around the 15/16 fret it's benefits are next to none.

Don't let me put anyone off buying it though. If that's your thing then, hey, whatever floats your boat!
