hi ive decided that i want to get a dsl 50 seing as they have some seriously good distortion and the hot rod i was gonna buy wouldnt have been able to get the tone i wanted.

yet.... i dont have the ablilty to move large 4x12 halstacks for rehersalls so im looking for small cabs that have a good tone to them.

anyone know of any?

just look into avatar 2x12 cabs
anything with greenback speakers kills imo

Lots of brands, widely availible in England make small-ish cabs.
Marshall make quite a few 1 and 2x12 cabs for quite small prices.

someone already used Turkey?

get a traynor 2 12 cab. made in canada, plywood construction, with celestions

One of those Marshall 1936 cabs. The 2x12s.
See if you can get one with Celestion Vintage 30s loaded into it.

The Marshall cabs arn't quite up to the standards of other makes, like Mesa or Avatar. But seeing as you are in the UK they will be great value for money.
