Errors and Updates: Upgrade Problems

Since there are a huge amount of problems on sputnik caused by the upgrade, I will post here as I fix them:

- Fixed bug where you couldn't add an album to favorites
- Fixed moderator bug in editing band
- Fixed a bug where no one could edit reviews
- Fixed the next and previous buttons

- Fixed moderator: view banned users
- Fixed moderator: see who voted
- Fixed: edit post
- Fixed moderator: band edit

Feature album should be fixed but haven't tested yet
