Repairing corrupt zipped files

Anyone know of a good, free program I can use capable of repairing a .RAR file that is about 700MB?

Usually corrupted zip files mean it's not done downloading/incomplete.

Yeah, the only way I've ever been able to fix one is by re-downloading. :-/

I can see how 700mb would make you hesitant to do so.

Especially when it's 4GB :-/
That really pissed me off.
