I'm thinking about getting a DVD Recorder and rip my Grandpa's original Star Wars onto DVD.

Cause the audio and visual remasters on the DVD set out now are great, but come on, Hayden Christensen as the Jedi Ghost of Anakin. LAME! Also, all of those other add-ins, especially at Mos Eisley. Except the new Emperor is nice, although some add-ins look a bit goofy.

Those are the original versions, only remastered visual and audio. Nothing else has been added, except a change of subtitle text and Episode IV - A New Hope.

I voed for the Empire Strikes Back. I liked them all and I actually really like Attack of the Clones, as no one else does. I can't wait for all 6 of them to come out on DVD in a set because I plan on buying them. I have put off buying Episodes 1 and 2 becuase I knew the box set would come out.

1. Return Of The Jedi (seriously people, name a trilogy that ends better? You can't)


2. A New Hope

3. Empire Strikes Back

4. Revenge of the Sith

5. The Phantom Menace (I do think that Darth Maul/Obi-Wan/Qui Gon fight was the best out of all of them)

6. Attack of the Clones... worst movie ever. It could have been saved with a hot sex scene with Natalie Portman though. I mean, they should show how Luke and Leia were conceived. right? :thumb:

I think the reason I enjoy Empire Strikes Back the most is because of the music, and the immortal "No Luke, I AM your father"

If I had to make a list of saber fights tho, it would go like this:

1. Darth Maul VS Qui-Gon/Obi-Wan (This duel is absolutely amazing)

2.Obi-Wan VS Anakin (Again amazing but its drags on too long)

3. Yoda VS Darth Sidious (This was like a star wars wetdream come true)

4. Anakin/Obi-Wan VS Count Dooku

5. Dooku VS Yoda (I couldn't believe I was finally going to see Yoda fight)

6. Luke VS Vader1 (I think it's the best one from the old trilogy)

7. Mace Windu VS Darth Sidious (The only time we see Mace in a duel)


I am one of those dumb people who bought episode 3 game for ps2 before movie came out and I beat it, which was a dumb thing to do because in the game Anakin actually fights Mace Windu and I was expecting that in the movie and when it didn't happen I was pissed off.
