man i was seriously amused as a young teen watching number two and seeing there was a game called 'probe' in the cupboard

man whats with the cleaning the bedroom scene with the guy where he is wearing the plastic sunnies, singing along to 80s pop music and banging the drawers shut with his *** etc. then he somehow ends up in the shower with his gym teacher who is some freaky bdsm dude, and theres a hot chick hes about to bang then he runs away

i got the impression the movie was just homoerotic in nature, i think the metaphor of freddy being inside his body was the horrible evil gay side of the guy trying to come out and everything else was subtle clues

man what was with the movies getting really silly, i watched the first one which was quite creepy though in a cheesy b grade way then freddys dead almost an hour later and was like whoa what happened. He turned into a surreal wisecracking joker or something, it was odd i dunno if i quite liked it. then i went through the earlier ones and noticed his gradual change, it was awesome series though

the halloween movies were quite good especially H20 and mabye Resurrection but the friday the 13ths were pretty good 2 with the hilarious deaths :lol:

And even if that's not true...look at Jason when he takes off his mask. He looks like an orc from Lord of the Rings. Both Halloween and Friday the 13th are stupid(yet good)but at least Michael Myers is still seemingly human.

On some degree maybe. But Jason just seems to do the same hack and slash routine. Michael has stuff like impaling people on poles....electrocutions(like in part four where he threw the guy into the telephone wires)stabs to the head, and just the regular hacking and slashing.

This thread is slowly drifting away to michael vs jason. Anyways I can't remember exactly what nightmare on elm street this was but the one where theres a bunch of people in the mental hospital or something and i remember one guy gets killed by freddy attaching strings to his body parts like a puppet than forcing him to jump off the building.
