Dead Alive is Braindead, right? Classic film that. You might wanna check out Bad Taste if you like that film. Not as gory, but funny as hell.

The Abominable Dr Phibes is the first to come to mind.

Did it by *chance have a close up of a large mouse, then a dog with a pointed cone for a nose (meant to look like a shrew)?...
'Night Of The Living Dead' is my favourite movie.
On topic -
'Skeletons in the closet'
'Somethings never die'
I didn't acually watch it, but 'Attack of the killer tomatoes' (Or words to that effect) looked weird...

Isn't that The Killer Shrews? As opposed to The Shrew.

Well I've never seen The Shrew, so I suppose it could also have dogs masquerading as shrews.
Ginger Snaps, at least I think that's what it's called, a rediculously bad movie about vampires I believe.

When I think of old horror movies, I'm reaching back to the thirties, black and white, devil magic and science mutation turds; and they're not appealing at all. Some of them are so bad, it's like they were just testing to see if the camera worked. Though, through the many I've slugged through, one, The Bat, or Devil Bat, had a great line in it: "I don't like things I can't understand;" I had to pause the movie from laughing so much. They end as soon as the monster is dead, and all seem to borrow from each other (i.e. The Ape, Bride of the Ape, The Ape Man, The Bat, Devil Bat, The Human Monster (like the bat ones)).
After these, they start getting good. Vincent Price is my favorite from them with the likes of House of Wax, The Last Man on Earth, The Tingler, House on Haunted Hill. I believe this was also the time when they started giving out life insurance, because these movies were so horrific you may die from shock; that's just cool in my book.
All in all, I'm not a fan of B-movie horrors. But, Vincent Price is the man.
