Here is a steady cam of footage from the new CryEngine which will be used for FarCry 2. It is a DX10/WGF2.0 game which means will only look this nice using the upcoming Windows Vista and future video cards.

As much as I didn't like FarCry, this looks insane. The interactive environments will be amazing.

all it plays is sound for thr avi one, and the wmv doesnt even start playing.

Yeah, fire has always sucked in video games. Hopefully within a few years it'll improve more.

I've never been so impressed with brushing against a leaf before. Also, I might've sparked intrigue from my roommates as to what I was watching when I released an extensive moan (when the moving shadows came up).

I enjoyed the first one, though I haven't finished it, but this one looks to far surpass it.
