Is it just me or is the secuirty at venues, and these places they hire ridiculous? They're not hiring people who are qualifies as long as you look like a gorilla. Not to generalize, but the majority of secuirity guards at shows are jerks.

i have seen Religion twice. MY favourite band ever, the band that got me into punk rock. There live shows are just great, when they play generator live, its just the best atmosphere for a song i have ever heard and seen live, you have to be at the fron or near the front for the full bad religion experience as it makes you feel more part of it

Black Religion is the only band in that set i'd go to see, because there's a cirle jerk on guitar, Hetson I believe. Not only that, but they are are decent band. Anti-Flag on the other hand is not only terribly, but their politics are so whiny in their songs. It must've been a pain to sit there through they're whiny rant...

What do you mean stopped half-way through songs? Like half-way through their songs or half-way through their sets? I don't like Anti Flag, but if a band is going to talk about good meaningful protests through their set, I don't mind that. If it's during a song that doesn't make sense really. Owcho. They have way better song than that... what were they thinking?

As for anti-flag, I can't help but love em. Yeah they preach a lot, but they feel strongly, so I'll let em off for it :) Great songs easily make up for it anyway.

antiflag is amazingly knowledgable about that kind of stuff. the thing is is that instead of being anarcho they are more of a change it instead of destroy it. besides i missed this concert because it got sold out(when they came to edmonton). i was kind of pissed but not too surprised. and about the set list, man, they should revise that a bit. im kind of surprised that they have not tried any of thier old stuff.

I saw the show..and it was amazing. Pennywise was kinda lame, but oh well.

Anti Flag was awesome. People talk on here about them preaching. It seems like such a cool, trendy thing to do, to bitch about them "preaching". First of all, they only talk for like, thirty seconds, two times or so between songs. Second of all, they're preaching is worthwhile, and they say important stuff. Third, someone else who used to "preach" who only gets praised, and never gets bitched about is...Jello Biafra. (jello also had some GREAT things to say). On live bootlegs, or the live album Mutiny On The Bay, Jello banters on and on about Regan and stuff, and no one seems to bitch. Greg graffin spent more time talking about the return of NHL hockey (The Minn. Wild) to the twin cities area than Anti Flag spent talking about the government and such.

Both bands were great, especially Bad Religion. (no control was the ****!)

That's because bands have things called set lists. Most bands use the same one in every city they tour.
