My Band!

Well ok, I have two bands:
One band is like a rocky sorta band, normal 4piece rock setup, you guys know the drill. We have been together for ages but we havent got a name or anything.

Well I started another band with some pretty close friends: 2 guys 2 girls.

Me-Drums/Bass
Girl 1-Bass/Vocals
Guy2-Vocals/Drums
Girl2-Keys/Piano/Vocals

This band is UNREAL, we already have a name and yeah its gonna be good. We are going to start writing songs and its extremely fun:d.

one question...

how come you have 2 drummers, 3 vocalists, 2 bassists and no guitarist?

and whats the difference between keys and piano??

I am keeping with the other band. Okay keys and piano well Keys are like effects keyboards and piano is like classical piano. We done have a guitarist because we are different, and we have so many of one thing so we can swap instruments and make it more interesting then just 4 people doing the same thing the WHOlE Time.

Wouldn't that get complicated after a while?

Also the best band i've heard without a guitarist is Morphine, if you're even 1/50 as good as they are you'll be good.

that sounds cool. my friends are starting a ska band like that. we all play rock band instruments (eg. guitar, drums, bass, keyboard) but we also play concert band instruments like trombone, tenor sax, alto sax, and clarinet. so we will probably rotate on and off.
