Hey guys!

I'd appreciate it A LOT if you would check out the link listed below. It has a few of my bass songs I have written over the past 6 months or so. If you could critique them or just state your opinion that would be awesome as well!

Much appreciated,
Ryan

Yeah it's good. You need a fuller tone, though. :thumb:

Well seeing as you have 3 weeks as you've mentioned, you could give em a good boil ;)

I should probably just buy new ones. I've had them since March and up until about a month ago I played on them 3-4 hours everyday. I don't know how much boiling them would help.

Plus I can only get the sound I really like out of that thing with Elixer Nanowebs and I've got D'addario's on right now.

Boiling works. Did mine today, had the strings since around christmas time. They sound good as new now! Go through them with a scouring pad using washing up liquid too, for extra cleanliness and brightness!

Sweet man! Might as well give it a try.

You got nothing to lose, trust me. saves a bunch on cash, too. Get a medium sized saucepan and boil em up for about 15 mins or so. Let em cool down by their self though, or they might bugger up.

really really good stuff imo. I've been playing bass for close to a year and a half. Your stuff made me have the urge to start playing myself so that's always good. Keep up the good work!

Thanks a lot bro! I used to listen to A LOT of NOFX when I first started playing. Fat Mike's lines kind of shaped me into the player I am today. Although I hardly listen to them anymore now.
