Posted this a bit ago, should help.

Go to www.yousendit.com. Send the attachment to yourself. Check your email, and go to the page with the file. Wait for a bit, I don't think that you have to download it yourself. Then post the link they give you on here. You're going to have to change the "http" in the link to "hxxp", because yousendit will block the link because it's in a forum if it's an actual real url link. If it's "hxxp", it won't "actually" be a link, but we can copy and paste it into the url, and change the "hxxp" back on our own. That clear enough?
