The guitars are pretty cool, I'm not huge on the tone it's too muddy and you can't hear the cool riffs and leads the guy is doing. You might want to make the tone a bit brighter.
The singer or screamer isn't very good at it, it comes off pretty weak.
I can't really hear the bass that well, but that is probably just the mix.
You may want to consider getting a new drummer, it's not that he is bad or off time, it's just his style doesn't really suit the band. You're playing fast thrash riffs and wanking half the time you need someone who can fill the void with fast double bass and crazy fills.

Hey dude, thanks for the feedback, that's very interesting actually, yeah our vocalist when playing live ****ing kills it, but when it comes to record, it's a matter of finding the right level and all that, really annoying fiddly stuff etc...Oh and our drummer is a major glue of the band, as well as a great friend, we couldn't just replace him, he's actually a drum teacher and can really play but when we did this, he was very ill to say the least...
Hmmm, yeah I'm thinking about re-doing my guitar parts, making the tone brighter anyway, you just convinced me to do so :thumb:
This was my first real attempt at mixing anyway....

The guitar work is very impressive. I actually quite like your singer aswell, his scream isn't too typical which is always good. Is it just me or does it sound like his voice starts to loose it's strength through the songs? It seems to waver into a loud shout as he begins to loose energy or get out of breath, which isn't too much of a good thing to say the least. I'm not liking the drums, to be honest it seems like they need alot of work. But if you say he was ill when you recorded I will let you off.

All the vocals were done in one take,so I'm not surprised if he got out of breath a bit
