Can someone who is a good drummer tab out that snare solo for him. It is very complex and very hard to count. Also if you didn't mind trying to figure out the polyrythmn in Meshuggah-Perpetual Black Second. He also needs to figure that out.

There's a polyrythmn section? short term memory loss :) apparently by what you have said there is a polyrythm in the song.(i dont know if it is one section or the whole song, i have never heard it) if you upload a few bars of it i could probably figure it out fairly easily.

If you can't figure it out by ear, write it out yourself. Then it's by far too hard for you to be trying to play.

haake has done wonders to the genre of metal he has perfectly incorperated a jazzy technique into driving heavy music

ahhh, I love Haake's drumming so much, and hate that mans screeming so much more, the bands a true love hate relationship.

Ive grown to quite like every aspect of meshuggah. Nothing can replace its feeling if the time is right.

thordendal has such a unique style of playing guitar and if you like meshuggah check out fredrik thordendals sol niger within it has morgan agren playing drum with i personaly think is better than haake

I would like this band much more if it weren't for the singer. All these heavy bands I usually really dig the music but I can't stand the singer and that ruins it for me. Opeth is my first venture into that kind of singing but only becuase his clean vocals are orgasmic. I've seen meshuggah live with Tool and had great seats almost above and behind them and could see haake clearly, hes a great drummer although I wish he would add a little more Dynamic into his playing, he's always all the way on or off.

I saw the Lansing show, that was a bad *** show, we were way up there making fun of meshugga, though it was the 1st time I had heard Haake and liked his playing, my show stared reflection (great track)
