web gem videos?

if anyone else is like me, they go nuts over some web gems on espn, especially this week. anyone know if theres a place to view/download them on the internet? ive looked in a few spots, googled it, and havent come up with much luck. anyone have any ideas? thanks.

They get really repetitive though. Its seeing the same dive only done by a different person. Theres only a few real memorable plays, The Ichiro spiderman catch at the wall, and the David Wright dive into the stands. I don't think the David Wright bare-handed catch was very good, and I don't understand why the catch when Jeter fell over Cano was that great.
