Footage of cheaters

I have footage of cheaters on VHS tape, and have the video from the VCR plugged into the video slot on my video card. How do I get it on the PC?

You need a video capture program. You can probably find a shareware one for free. Basically when you press Play on your VCR and Record on the program it takes the input from the VCR and it records whats playing onto the computer.

and oh yeah, I'd love to see the footage myself. What game is it for, Halo 2 or what?

Holy crap dude, I've never seen that mod befoe. I think I'll start taping my games form now on too; plus it would be good for reviewing later... definitely report that to Bungie. You should've recorded the sound though too, I believe there is an option for that on any video capture program... idk...

You're probably gonna want to record the enitre game beginning to end and with sound first though, so Bungie can't accuse you of video editing.
