All the new horror movies in England are rated 15 or 18.

Well it's not real horror if it's PG, it's more thriller I'd say.

I'd like some examples of these 'PG' Horror movies.

There were a lot of them a little while ago. The Grudge, The Ring 2, Dark Water, Boogeyman, Darkness, etc. All were horrible, and all were full of 13 year olds

They were all rated 15 here. I do however agree with your point that most of them were pretty bad.

At least comedies are starting to get it right. Movies like The Wedding Crashers, and hopefully The 40-Year-Old Virgin, are completely outsmarting their lame, PG-13 competition.

Of course the PG-13 is to get the maximum amount of money at the box office.

It's a marketing thing indefinitely, when a movie is rated R it better be directed towards senior citizens to get any money made...

123. The Wedding Crashers was hysterical and The 40-Year-Old Virgin looks great.

yeah, So was "House 2" I think.

Anyway, I think the threadstarter was talking about "New horror". I couldn't think of any new low rated horror movies. :-/

I haven't bothered to see any of the House sequels, figured they would suck. So the second one is good? Any others?

That part in the first one where he shot his ex-wife with a shotgun was awesome.

He was talking about PG-13, not PG.
