It's supposed to be a psychological thriller. It has the potential of being just as good as any horror movie. To some people, it might just be a horror movie. Millions of people went insane over War of the Worlds when they debuted it on the radio because they were convinced it was true. This movie can make anyone think "...maybe this can happen" and possibly scare them.
I don't know if I'll see it, but my local paper gave it 3.5/4 stars, and that's rare for a Wes Craven movie here, so it might be worth the $5.50.

The plot is cockamamy i've heard, but all the reviews are calling it good solely because of the performances of the lead.

After seeing Cilian Murphy as Scarecrow in Batman, i can't get enough of how good an actor he is at the creepy vibe. I just might see it.

I don't think it looks that good, but it could have potential. But I'll probably see it because I got a free movie pass thanks to Wedding Crashers completely screwing up when I saw it. And Rachel McAdams is incredibly hot, so that's another reason to see it.

I'm a horror movie fanatic, but I think I'll rent an old horror movie I've seen before instead of going to see Red Eye. The last good movie Wes Craven's name was even attached too was "The People under the Stairs" in my opinion.

This movie was terrible. IT WAS RATED PG-13. Wish I knew that before hand. Suspense was terrible and there was no killing aside from the bad guys which was expected.
