Don't listen to these other guys. That song's ****in' awesome. And Tipper Gore is a communist whore who has no soul. The trick is to mate it with some simple music and sing it in a not-so-serious way and HAVE FUN WITH IT. It's easy for us all to get caught up in writing serious and moody songs all the time, but sometimes something like this is just what the doctor ordered. Played in the right context this would be a great anti-establishment number. You made my ****in' day, man. :)

^^ your right happy. People need to learn to lighten up, just because its not your style of writing doesnt make it a peice of ****. I really think this can be good, kind of a cult classic (the kinda music that just soothes the soul (anyone guess where I stole that?)) I think this could be pretty cool with work man, you press your point straight into the readers voice, rock an roll is your love, and nothing else can take it away...I think you did a beautiful job...good luck with this too, though you shouldnt need it!

I like the way you take a very overdone topic and refer to it in an uncliche way. Am I correct in thinking you are also referencing the breakdown of society and an abstract protest to saving the whales? Seriously though, this doesn't seem like you put any effort into it, the rhymes are awful and subject matter is zero. A song can be about nothing or something silly if it's at least interesting but this falls short of the mark. You do seem to start developing some kind of a flow and readable material towards the end but it's too little too late in my books.

OK, just to recap:

1. You diss this song even though you haven't heard any music for it and
probably never gave more than a second thought to the lyrics.
2. You diss Love2Lust & Animas at the same time even though you know
neither of them and I can't see that either has attacked you personally.
3. You completely dismiss everyone else's opinions as invalid.
4. You diss Love2Lust again, seemingly only because he has a different
opinion than yours.

Here's what I think. You're a pompass *** who thinks that his opinion is the only one that matters and that everyone who doesn't agree with you is by default 'stupid'. Lighten up. Music can be FUN. Obviously, if you become so self-righteous over the fact that people here don't like stupid songs, you must have some sort of martyr for the meek complex going on. I didn't dismiss everyone elses critique as invalid, I just noted that everyone on S&L sucks at critiquing, and distinguishing the difference between total garbage and insightful and clever lyrics. Songs like this were awful back when they were being played by overrated classic rock/punk bands, and they are awful now.
