Take it from me, that won't help you at all, you have to spend about a week sleeping about 4 hours a day from four in the morning to 8 in the morning, then you should be ready... if you get a lot of sleep the day before, your body will be expecting it.

Yeah. It will lose the magic if it's overdone. Next august would probably be good, although it might be better earlier in the month when no one has school. I don't start for a few more weeks, but I know some people have already started. I wouldn't do this during the school year either.
