iZotope Ozone Plugin Question

Ok, I want to add this plug-in enhancing to my own home recordings, I know there is a way to do this but I don't have a clue how to go about it?
The plug-in is for WinAmp, and I simply want to save my recorded mp3 with this plug-in activated, If that makes any sense.....Eggo knows the answer I think

you need to get the professional audio version; not the winamp one

then you use cool edit pro or some other program to open the mp3 and apply the effect over it
