if i had speakers that were 600 w handeling at 2 ohms and 1,200 peak
could i have somthing that is 570 and still be pretty loud or would it not work
what do you suggest as a power amp

You sure they are 2 ohm speakers? That's pretty low for speakers.
But, if they are 2 ohm speakers, rated for 600 watts program. Then go for a poweramp that is rated at around 400 watts while at 4 ohms.

2 ohm speakers aren't incredibly uncommon in car systems, i think. But You don't see many 2R PA speakers.

and can anyone tell me if theese would be any good- they dont have to be pro or anywhere close but would they hold up

Yeah. That'll work fine.
The poweramp will pump out 2x 300 watts, ehereas the speakers can handle up to 500 watts.
This will be fine if 300 watts is enough for your needs. And in many cases it may be. But you can always upgrade further by getting a bigger poweramp if you wish.

RMS is basically the rating that matters. if the speakers are 500 RMS and 1000 peak, you don't want to go over 500 watts.
