hi. im a bassist normally but im venturing into these parts for a lil question asking. a friend of mine is purchasing a keyboard and is a true begginer. he doesnt want to take lessons if he can help it because he doesnt have alot of cash. so if he got a basic begginers song book type guide to get the basics. is there any websites he can go to thats like mx tabs but for keyboards? so he can learn some songs?

i know its kind of a weird question. thanks in advance! :)

Just to answer your question...
www.taborama.com
www.tabcrawler.com
http://911tabs.com/

But, I'd still recommend that he learn how to read sheet music. Keyboard tabs are confusing and most of the time are very inaccurate.
