I'm guessing I'm not gunna get to go to NFT cause its next Thursday and my friend hasn't said anything to me. I might get to see Coheed again...not sure yet.
I might be going to the From First To Last concert on December 2 in Toronto. I still need to talk to my parents and get a couple of friends to go(except Brandon he's going to go:p).

My concerts for the end of the year are just Children of Bodom and Thrice, maybe a few other small ones.
CoB are majorly whored by every metal head kid in my town.

The first band (the drive by, or something) where pretty good, but sounded like everything else these days. Second support band, forget there name, something about dieing, anyway they was utter ****e, put me out of the mood for a gig, which i wasnt in anyway. My Chemical Romance were awesome, i thaught they was good live but i couldnt be arsed in the pit, anyway they played over an hour, which is good with the last time of 40minutes, they played a new song, that resembled "last christmas" the song, but wasnt like it, from the new album, they also did a cover of Blur-Song2 which they did surprisingly well, best song of the night. They were realy tight, gerards singing could of been better but its was no where near as bad as people make out, and they wasnt wearing stupid stab vests and stuff, they was wearing normal cool cloths, gerard had a shiny sparkly jacket on though lol.
Anyway, yes, they did good, but i couldnt be arsed with the gig and if i was in the mood i could of enjoyed it, lots x248232
(i wrote that last night, after the show, the second support band was every time i die )

Yes, everyone in the pit loved them, apart from me and my mate, we stood there with our arms crossed like this :-| whilst everyone jumped up and down around us, i couldnt stand them.

Pro's and Con's of seeing Circa Survive, Thrice, and My Chemical Romance:
Pro - Thrice!
Con - $20 tickets, huge venue.
Pro - Most of the kids were so short that I could see right over their heads.
Con - During Thrice, the pit area was too packed to stand, let alone mosh.
Pro - "Deadbolt", "Image of the Invisible", "The Earth Will Shake", "The Artist In The Ambulance", "Under a Killing Moon", ...
Con - Thrice only got to play eight songs.
Overall it was a pretty good show. Circa Survive was better than the first time I saw them, Thrice was amazing, and My Chemical Romance was a lot of fun.

i dont like hopesfall live. when i saw them with underoath and FBTMOF they had a really boring set
The From First to Last, Haste The Day, He Is Legend, and Dead Reckless concert I went to last night was amazing. Dead Reckless was alright, they had to tell everyone in the Pit to start moshing because everyone was just sitting there. He Is Lengend got the crowd going pretty good and they played pretty good. Haste The Day, was probably thebest because they got their sound to work perfect. We took a break from the Pit during Haste The Day because we needed some water. Then after their set we moved back into the Pit for From First to Last. From First to Last everyone went crazy since they were the headliners. But, their singing was getting drowned out by the guitars and drums. It kinda sucked because of that. But, for one of their songs, they played The One Armed Boxer Vs. The Flying Guillotine, and we got everyone to sing along, and then he put the mic down and let the crowd sing for about a minute and then said he never expected us to sing for so long.
For my first concert it was really good.

Never Sleep Again Tour
Aiden
These guys were solid. They only played five or six songs, but they were a lot of fun. The best part was when they split the crowd in half for a "wall of death". I was right on the edge of the opening, but it really didn't matter as most of the kids weren't that big, and really didn't know what was going on. Just the fact that there was a wall of death at a pop-punk show was pretty funny.
Bayside
These guys played an acoustic set, and it was incredible. The emotion in the room was unbelieveable, and they plaed every song perfectly. It was probably one of the cooler things I've ever seen.
Silverstein
These guys were insane. Everyone was going nuts when they started to play, and the energy lasted through their whole set. There were so many people, that it was difficult to stand up straight. During their second last song, the lead singer from Aiden cam on stage, grabbed the mic, ran to the edge of the stage, and jumped over the barricade into the crowd. It was crazy.
Hawthorne Heights
I've seen these guys five times now, and I've loved them every time. This was my first time seeing them headline, but I though they put on a really good show. They played basically all of The Silence in Black and White as well as three new songs. I was right in front for the whole set, and could see everything perfectly.
At the end of their set, the drummer threw one of his drumsticks into the crowd a couple feet away from me. I heard it hit the ground so I immediately went down and grabbed it. Unfortunately, so did four other kids. After a good three or four mintures of pulling each other around trying to get the stick, one of the kids decided we should have a best of 3 "Rock-Paper-Scissors" tournament to decide who would keep the stick. I ended up winning, and got to keep the stick. :D
Overall, it was one of the better shows I've seen this year.

That is tight but I would've had just as much if not more fun watching Armor for Sleep. Also is that new song your talking about called 'Monsters' cause you can listen to it on their PV and I thought it was terrible. I think their new album will be solid despite that song.
Also that design the pig or whatever has on its chest I have that design on a shirt.

Last night I went to my last show of the year. It turned out to be an awesome show. It was a benefit for "Toys For Tots", and all three bands were local.
Dead Hearts
Awesome as usual. Probably the best band in Buffalo.
It Dies Today
These guys were pretty good as well. They were better the first time I saw them, but they were pretty fun.
Every Time I Die
Their whole set was insane. I was at the barricade for the whole show, but during ETID's set, I couldn't move.
At one point during the set, the lead singer stood on the barricade, and had the crowd sing a long to one of their songs. At the end of the song, someone took the mic from the singers hand. Security tried to pull it back by the cord, but the cord ended up breaking, so I guess someone ended up with a mic.
At the end of their set, they threw almost everything off of the stage. Picks, drumsticks, water bottles, setlists, strands of Christmas lights, two plastic Christmas trees, two other outdoor Christmas decorations, scarfs, hats, vests, small wrapped boxes, and two huge Crate cabs. As you can probably imagine, this led a number of fights, but overall, it was a great show.

Lagwagon- January 5th, Mean Fiddler, London
Captain everything- One of the best English bands around without a doubt. Funny, fast and with an excellent arsenal of songs they ensured everyone had a good time.
8/10
A Wilhelm Scream- I was quite disppointed with them to be honest. They sounded quite tight but suffered a little from a lack of energy i felt and they was just a little edge missing from their performance, possibly because i believe it was the first night of their tour.
6/10
Lagwagon- F'ucking brilliant. This was the first time i'd seen them and they did not disappoint from start to finish. They opened with two of their best songs, the first two from latest release Resolve, Heartbreaking Music and Automatic. Their pace and energy was superb and their guitar riffs were executed very very well. Joey Cape was an excellent front man, and held it all together. I had a great time.

The Truckstops And Statelines Tour!
I had the pleasure of checking out this show tonight, and honestly, it turned out to be much better than I expected. I knew it would be a fun show, but I had no idea how great it would really be.
Hellogoodbye
These guys were really good. As an opening band they did their job perfectly. They got the crowd going, and really helped set the tone for a great night.
They played a number of songs off their EP, as well as a couple new one's from their upcoming full-length. At the end of their set, a number of people in costumes ran onto the stage and began shooting confetti, streamers, and silly string into the crowd. The only disappointment for me was that they didn't play my favorite song, "Dear Jamie, Sincerely Me", but either way they were great.
Acceptance
To be honest, I wasn't expecting much from this band. I had heard a little bit of their music, and wasn't too interested. However, they actually put on quite a good show. They had a lot of energy, and I enjoyed most of their songs despite the fact I had never heard them.
Panic! at the Disco
Most people at the show seemed to be there to see P!atD. They're set was really pretty amazing. The whole crowd sang every word to every song, and for the most part, the atmosphere was incredibly upbeat and enjoyable. Seeing as they only have one album, they played most of their songs, and it ended up being a great time.
The Academy Is...
These guys pretty much blew me away. They played a great set, and the crowd was having a lot of fun the whole time. By the time they came on, a good quarter of the crowd had already left, so their was a lot of room for jumping around and moshing (suprisingly).
At one point during their set, one of the members of Gym Class Heroes came on to help perorm a song that he had written with the lead singer of TAI. He forgot the words about halfway through, but it was still quite amusing.
Overall, their set was one of the most fun times I've had at a show in a while (which is saying something, considering the number of great shows I've seen).
:D

Damone
I'd never heard of this band before, but they were pretty good. They reminded me a bit of Paramore, as the vocalist sounded similar to Haley. There isn't a lot to say about them, really, but they alright.
Rock 'n' Roll Soldiers
These guys were surprisingly good. They had a lot of energy, and put on a really good show. Toward the end of the set, the lead singer took the bass drum, and threw it off to the side, and then began knocking over other pieces of the drumset. It was quite amusing.
A Wilhelm Scream
These guys were amazing, as usual. Unfortunately, they're bassist (Curtiss) left the band just before the show, so one of the guitarists had to take his spot. Even without two guitars, their set was amazing, though. They had a ton of energy, and really got the crowd moving. So awesome.
Less Than Jake
****ing incredible. They put on seriously one of the best shows I've ever been too. The crowd was going crazy the whole time. I spent some time in the circle pit, which was awesome, and then spent the rest jumping around up front near the stage.
About halfway through their set, the lead singer pointed out some guy in the back, who he said looked like Phil Donahue. He then told the guy to go up on the stage and have a beer with the band. When "the guy" got on stage, I realized it was my dad!
The lead singer then proceded to ask [ I ] was. He then told me that I had an awesome dad, because his dad wouldn't have "taken [him] to see [him] when [he] was younger."
After he was done talking, the lead singer let my dad stay on the stage while they played the next song. My dad then got to shake hands with the bassist and lead singer, before leasving the stage. It was so cool.
I now have the beer bottle that was given to my dad sitting in my room.
Anyway, Less Than Jake finished out their set with a series of awesome songs, both old and new. They were incredible. The only disappointment was that they didn't play "Johnny Quest Thinks We're Sell Outs."
Overall, the whole show was awesome. Less Than Jake is truly one of the most fun live bands ever. :D :D :D :D

The Queers
So last night I had the opportunity to see the legendary Queers. It turned out to be a great show. They played song after song without stoping. They played a good 50 songs over the course of and hour and fifteen minutes. Although I only knew about one-third of the songs they played, it was still an awesome time.
Just as a side note, about 10 kids came up to my dad last night because they recognized him from Less Than Jake.

BUMP
Well I bought tickets to go see The Academy Is.. with Acceptance, Hellogoodbye, and Panic! at the Disco off ebay. Me and my friend wanted to go to this show so incredibly bad that we bought tickets off ebay for 126.00 for a pair. So ya we are going on March 26th and it will be amazing because we payed 126 dollars for the tickets haha.
Also the pre-sale for Taking Back Sunday's US tour starts tomorrow. Me and two of my buddies are going to buy tickets tomorrow for their Easter show. It will be a killer show. They haven't announced who they were playing with so it will be a surprise but I am looking forward to it.
Also a lot of bands have already commited to Warped Tour 2006 and its looking like it will be an amazing tour this summer. I am so ready for it.
$126.00. Holy crap that's a lot for one concert.:p

I go in mosh pits once and a while when the people aren't too big.
I'm afraid of the pit at hardcore shows. I usually go right to the stage or stand as far away from the pit as I can. I'm so afraid to get hit for some reason, which is too bad because the pit always looks fun at a hardcore show.
ahahaha That's awesome. I get pushed around a lot in pits 'cause i'm so small. But one time i cleared a huge circle around me. I just owned a bunch of people and then all of a sudden I was in the middle of an empty circle. It was kind of weird.

I have been to two shows that played "harder" music. The Blood Brothers which I was in the complete front because I wanted to be there for Coheed so I really didn't expierince the pit because I was just getting shoved into the bar. I saw Ateryu too and I went in the pit for that and it was INTENSE. I was in one of the circle pits and these guys were HUGE, I got punched in the face so many times. Then at Senses Fail there were a ton of circle pits and there were a lot of gay preppy kids there and pretty boys and there were a lot of tiny kids there too. So I got in some circle pits and did some effin damage.
Brandon: That happened to me at a Fall Out Boy show. haha

I suck at 2-stepping :(
I'm not spectacular. I look at some kids and have to wonder how many hours they have spent in their room.

I'm very tall.
Next Sunday I'm seeing Through the Eyes of the Dead and The Number Twelve Looks Like You.
We're also beating the **** out of my girlfriends ex boyfriend. I can't wait.
I'm 6 foot but only 140 pounds. I love both of those bands that will be a sweet show. I'm going to beat the **** outta this kid that wont stop talkin to my girlfriend in a couple days this kid is a little bitch.
Zach: That's what I did to clear the circle. i was sick of getting pushed by these two huge fat kids so I just went nuts for a sec and then it was empty around me.
Nice touch!
