You can download the power tab editor here which you can use to look at the guitar and bass parts of a song in sheet music and tab. It also plays you a midi of what the song sounds like.

I also recomend that rock bass website, i used it and its plenty to get you understanding basic playing and theory but listen to it and only do one thing a day!
