The Cubs plan on using Soriano as an outfielder, and he really doesn't want to do that. So that might not go through. There was also talk of Soriano going to the Mets.

Manny wants out of Boston. The Boston/Mets/Devil Rays trade looks like it has a good shot to go through. That'd be a killer deal for the Mets. They'd be getting Danys Baez and Manny Ramirez.

yeah that is a good idea because they need a power hitter they gave away eric byrnes which he is one of their better hitters that or see them go after a

i do and dont like the mets deal the one reason i dont is that am a mets fan and giving up a prospect with lots of potential in lastings milledge i mean this kid is supposed to be our future, manny is a dangerous hitter possibly the most dangerous in the mlb but i do ask how many years does he have left?

Not only is Manny aging, his attitude is questionable, and his defense is horrid.

He is a great guy in the clubhouse, and obviously one of the most dangerous hitters in the MLB.

I've heard this trade may not go through because the Sox want to get more out of the deal. I really hope it doesn't go through, the Red Sox need Manny, and I don't like Mike Cameron as a replacement.
