I was watching Garden State last night then i wathched an old Scrubs episode. And I realised that scrubs really sucks. I mean Garden State is one of my favorite movies of all time, but i cant stand Scrubs. What do you guys think? Does Braff write Scrubs?

I love scrubs which is one of my favorite shows, and i love Garden State. I really enjoy the humor in scrubs, but i know a good amount of people who don't.

Scrubs is brilliant. It's just not everyone's cup of tea.

Scrubs IMO is one hell of a funny show, especially Dr Cox and his crazy rants

Garden State sucked for me. It didn't have any real reason for me to be watching it, and comparing it to Scrubs is a mistake since they are both different genres of filmography.

Scrubs in an absolutely amazing show. Honestly, you are the first person I have ever heard of to speak poorly of the show.

I personally love Garden State. Scrubs is brilliant although I haven't watched it for a while until I saw an episode tonight.

Scrubs is like Arrested Development, you either love it or hate it, there's no inbetween. I love both, especially Scrubs.

When they shoe the video of her ice skating in a dinosaur suit, I can play the sing in the back ground. :thumb:

Never really watched scrubs, but Garden state is funny.

My thoughts exactly.

I watched Garden State when my university was showing it for a screening, and I really didn't get a lot out of it. I mean, it was a good movie, but everyone at my uni was seemingly like "OH MY GOD THIS MOVIE SPOKE TO ME ON SO MANY LEVELS" and I, well, didn't react like that.

I love Scrubs so much.

And being a pre-med at Johns Hopkins makes it all the better :D

That's the exact reason I bought it, and the exact reason I was disappointed by it too. I don't think it flowed as well as it could have, and Zach's acting in it wasn't his most spectacular for me.

I might watch it again tonight to see what it's like again

I might not like scrubs only because of the few episodes I watched. Maybe ill give it another chance.

Scrubs is pretty good, it has its moments. I really only started watching recently because my gf loves it.

Also, Garden State is an atrocious movie. I hated it.

Scrubs is great because it is random humor.

Although I can't say anything about Garden State as I haven't seen it yet.

Hooch: "If I ever found out who did that, I'll be waiting outside in my SUV, blasting me some death metal, 5.1 surround sound, heavy on the bass, and then someones going to get run over."

JD: "Dude, Hooch is crazy"

They are both mediocre in my opinion. Not pathetic, but nothing to write home over either.

Scrubs is one of the best written shows on television. If it weren't for arrested development, it would be the only non animated comedy worth watching on network television. Its the best thing on air since Sports Night.

If you don't think its funny, maybe you should watch a show that has a laugh track so you know what what the writers thought was funny.

Garden State was a great movie. Its story wasn't best of the year or anything, but its direction was great, the shots were great, the story was good and the characters were great. The ending did suck though.

I love Scrubs. It's just brilliant. I think the janitor or Dr Cox are my favourite characters, they're just hilarious.

I love the episode where JD sleeps with Dr Cox's ex-wife (The name slips me now), and they meet and he finds out, and the door opens and everyone is cheering with signs like "Well done dumbass" and stuff.

Haha so many memorable characters.

On a side note: anybody watched green wing on the bbc?

It's almost like scrubs but a little more over the top and imo not as funny, though I only saw one episode.
