Nice crash swell. I didn't know where that hit me. The sea effects really fit it well. I don't like them open hats, they spoil the gentle drumkit sound. Did you use the garageband drumkits on logic?
The guitar tone is nice although it's a bit in the background for some of it, but I have to say, when it's loud enough, your mixing it to the background makes it very pleasant. I'm missing something in the left ear though, I'm feeling like I'm gonna topple over rightways  and sometimes vice versa. Maybe mixing a little more reverb hardpanned to the opposite ear to the guitar would even that out.
The overall tone is really relaxing and pleasing. Well done! Can we have some details on recording etc?

not much to say ...
Recorded on Logic 7, using a two bit Yamaha sy85 synth, and the idrum drum machine or os x, Mobile pre, was the preamp
downloaded a few water drip samples until i found the correct one
as for the guitar licks
took me forever to develop one
i finally got it in the right key
the guitar is a Squier Tele, i used an amplitube plug-in to develop that rich yet distorted sound
i can say it took me approx a month to finish it
the solo at the end which im gonna tweak today
was created by just letting the song flow and me playing around with the guitar
I tabbed it and there we go
after i finish tweaking it i plan to record vocals
thanks for the crit man
im working on the improvments right away

I really like the waterdrop, and I'm impressed with the tone you got using just that. Wonders of logic ;) I have express

yah i know the tone took me forever to develop
i wanted a distorted guitar, but melodic,
and not so much noise gate
i think it settled well
mmm, the link for some reason doesn't work for me :(
edit: dont worry, got it :)
ditto to everything already said :p
