Hm, I finally got my 6600GT AGP card...It's pure awesomeness, especially in Unreal 2k4 and Battlefield 2. But in BIOS, how much voltage should it receive? It's set at 8X and 1.5V. I think it should be 1.6V though, right?

I don't have AGP or a 6600, but a quick google search. I'm coming up with 1.45v if I read this article right (it is 1:40am though so I wouldn't hold me to it).

I would just leave the volt setting on auto, or if that isn't an option then just the default. If you start noticing problems, especially when the card is under heavy load, then just up the voltage a little bit.

Ah, thank you :)

My best friend gave me a new power supply as a graduation present, heh!

Ultra 500W PSU...28A on the 12+V rail :D

if it works, why fiddle with it?

Should have mentioned this earlier, but nVidia's software thingy said it wasn't receiving enough power.

But it's all good...I just installed my new 500W PSU and it seems quite alright :D

Don't know if this will help, but when I installed my 6600GT I just left everything as is. My power supply is stock from Dell. 250W constant and 345W max. I've had no trouble. But then again except for my vid card my entire computer is stock. So I really don't have anything else that needs extra juice.
