This one:

I have this and I was wondering if it would be sufficient for like a really big room with like 100 people in it? Also I was wondering if it would be possible to like get a head or something and hook another up. This may be a stupid question but im just wondering.

A 65 watt amp is plenty for a room of 100 people. My brother has a 65 watt peavey that is too dam* loud!

It means to put a mic in front of your amp then run the mic cable to a PA System.

when something is miced it uses a microphone to amplify its signal.
Mic = microphone

That amp will be enough. You can hook another cab up to it, but I don't think you would want to hook up another head though.

So say I bought a PA system, like the 179.00 one on musiciansfriend. I could plug a mic into 2 seperate channels, then stick one mic in front of my amp, and one mic for vocals?

Yeah. You can do that.
But a $180 PA may not be all that great.
It may be fine for practising and very small gigs. But not gigs of upwards of 100 people.
PAs are expensive, it's just the way it is, unfortunately.
