I've been trying to play an online game recently and i cannot get to the station platform for it to load. I believe it is the fire wall causing the problem and i have checked the game mannel and internet tech support neither have helped me. Has this happened to anyone before? Can any of you guys help me out and tell me how to set up my fire wall past it?

Most firewalls have an area that lists what programs do and dont have permission to access the internet. Try to look for it.

Yeah, either that, or you have to forward your ports here (http://www.portforward.com). Don't ask me how to forward your ports, I don't know how, I just know that's another thing you can do to make it work.

First check the allowed programs list, if whatever game your trying to play is not on the list try to add the exe. If that fails try the port forwarding.
