So this is my first featured actor. I will be doing one a week. This week is Dakota Fanning. In light of the movie 'War of the Worlds'. I haven't select an actor/actress for next week so if you have any requests, I could care less but if you want to request, go right ahead. Keep in mind that I'm horrible at writing but still felt compelled to make a featured actor thread.

Hannah Dakota Fanning

Hannah Dakota Fanning was born on February 23, 1994, in Conyers, Georgia. It is said that she started reading at the age of 2. At the age of 5, she appeared in her first commercial for Tide. She was nominated for a SAG award when she was 8 for her performance in I Am Sam. When she received the Best Young Actor/Actress award from the Broadcast Film Critics Association for her performance in I Am Sam, she was too short to reach the microphone to give her acceptance speech. Presenter Orlando Bloom held her up to the mic for the duration of her speech, which turned out to be quite long.


Why she might be annoying

Why she might not be annoying
She has natural strawberry-blond hair and blue eyes.
She is bright and learned to read at two.

After her bouts of playing childbirth, her parents decided acting was a way to channel her energy.
She said it doesn't matter what a person has or is like on the outside, only what is inside and their ability to love.
For crying scenes she thinks about her goldfish.
When she was seven, she kissed a ten year old boy for a movie scene and she said it was cool, especially to kiss a boy that was three years older.

I can't help but to comment on this. I'm only five and a half years older than her. She's stunningly attractive. She's a beautiful young lady. I wish I could do something more.

She is a good actor in her part, but unfortunately of what i've seen she is nothing more than a one dimensional character. She may grow out of it as an older actor but to really make an impact now she'll have to find a script that illustrates her as something more than the 'helpless child' role she has appeared as in the majority of her films.

I was very impressed with her work. She's definitely a gifted child no doubt, and a bright future for her awaits.
