Sorry for the confusion. it is about your favorite video game, it is just that Grand Theft Auto is so popular and dis-liked at the same time, I thought the poll would be interesting.

GTA 3, VC and SA are all amazing games. So much detail and so much to do, especially in San Andreas. Hope they make a new one sometime.

I loved GTA3 and Vice City but I just couldn't get into San Andreas. The whole 'gangsta in da hood' thing just doesn't do it for me.

Has anyone played the 'Hitman' games? If you have, then did you like them as much as I do? I played the second one until I beat it like six times. I have been trying to find Hitman 3 somewhere but I can't! Has anyone played it or seen it anywhere? If you played it- is it as good or better than Hitman 2?

i gave the gta series 10. San Andreas is just awsome and has so many little extras to the game that make it so much better than the others

Well, just like the other GTA games, you still have alot to do. Its good- but it's more "intense" You come back to your hood because your mom died, there is gang wars- that kind of serious stuff. Comparing, it's alot worse- that being in violence and language- but some would consider that making it better. I think it is way better than all of the other ones. The graphics are pretty good too; ESPECIALLY compared to GTA 3.

I completely agree with you. Even the fact that they put thought into your weight and lung capacity- it's amazing. Buildings start on fire after you throw a gernade, you can have a girlfriend, you change clothes, chalenges: it all makes the game better than all the other GTA games!

5 - Overall a pretty solid game, but I just get bored really fast. The missions are fun and the detail in the games is great, but I still get pretty bored.

I enjoyed all GTA series including the classics. I also have played Hitman 3 and I guess it was decent. If you already played Hitman 2, there's no point of getting it unless you or they are a hardcore fan. It's more like an expansion than a full game.

I have to say that my favorite video game ever is probably Shenmue for Dreamcast. It had one of the most engaging story with unbelievable graphics, well at least back in 1999 or 2000. Also, this is the only sigle player game that I have actually finished.

But now, I'm just addicted to Counter-Strike. It is Half Life modification and it's only for multiplayer gamers. It doesn't have good graphics, doesn't have single player option, and it is nothing close to reality. But that is a good thing. It is fast paced unrealistic modern warfare shooter that gets very competetive online. But many people ask, how do people not get tired of the game after playing it all these years? Because of it's competetiveness and challenge. After you play hours and hours of Surf maps, Maze maps, Deathmatch maps, Deathmatch mods, Warcraft mods, Superhero mods, move on to joining a clan or forming your own. Then play in matches until your clan gets famous. Then you move on to CAL and CPL to play for money, fame, and ranking. And so on. Just get this game and get good. Really good. It's definitly worth it. You just might end up like Team3D or Fatal!ty, the Unreal Tournament 2004 Champ.

I think the GTA games are okay, pretty good at best. To be honest, the developers seem kind of lazy, just because they've made a massive populated city they think they can get away with policemen with criminally low intelligence and a shoddy targeting system.

I'm actually just five chapters into NOLF 2 and it's already a favorite. I really haven't played a lot of games, and they take me awhile to finish. So those are my favorites so far. Doom3 was also good. I just got a new vid card a couple of months ago, though. So I'm going to be getting a couple of new ones to exploit it to it's maximum potential. It's just that there are so many old ones I still want to play. I'm kinda' behind.

Right now I have PK, NOLF 2, Half-Life, AvP2, Hitman2, Max Payne, and the Serious Sam 2 Demo all on my PC, and none of them are even half finished. But they're getting there. So far as the GTA series, I don't care for it. I tried GTAIII and didn't get past the first couple of levels, and I got to the golf course part early on in Vice City and gave it up. I just didn't find them fun or interesting. The best part was driving around Miami listening to the radio. For me, that was it.
