i dont like all the slides at the begging or in some other parts of the song but its good, sounds pretty original as well. and tight veryone is on time with each other which is sometimes isnt the case in these forums. good job get singer soon its boring without one!

In Alright what were you doing that sounded like a violin? What are you playing through? What presets/effects are you using? Sounds nifty.

You could almost pull off not having a vocalist too. They are overrated half the time anyway.

thats cool that you noticed that. i mentioned the same thing to our GP (I'm on bass) it sounds like a Viola or cello to me. it's just the effect he has on at the time. he uses a Gibson less Paul through a line six pro pod with a QSC 1200. I'm not sure of the exact settings on the pod.
