Oh, man. That was another movie that, IMO, was ruined by bad acting/scripting on the part of the major players.

When I saw it in theaters, during the part where Achilles takes the girl into his tent after the men are beating/trying to rape her and he says, "Are you hurt?", this one guy in the front row yelled out "DUH!" The whole theater started laughing. It was great.

Monty Python's The Meaning of Life. Watched on the last night at camp when about four guys were crammed into one guy's room watching it on his really, really nice computer (my DVD though) Love that movie, even if it has a few questionable and a few cheezy moments, the rest makes up for it. Not for the casual comedy fan like Holy Grail is though...

EDIT: Actually the last movie I watched was Fantastic Four today at the movies. It was good, but it wasn't great. It kind of jumped in real quick, didn't give the character's backstories very much. I gotta say though, when The Thing's wife dumped him, that was pretty harsh... I mean, what a stone-cold bitch. He's not even that hideous, he's just made out of stone (or whatever), it's not like he's dripping in radioactive fluid or anything.

Alone In The Dark.

I think it was the worst movie ever. I now understand why everyone hates Uwe Boll. Theres a part where someone falls through a trap door, so everyone goes down to get him. Eventually this girl gets bitten by something, and she dies. Everyone is walking away to continue their mission, and just before the scene ends, you see that girl lift her head. It made me chuckle.

I saw War of the Worlds the night before that, and that was a good movie.

Traffic

It was done quite well, Steven Soderbergh is a talented director, but I the story was a little tighter. Michael Douglas, Benicio Del Toro, Don Cheadle and Miguel Ferrer were also very good.

Happiness.

It's about the relationships of a dysfunctional family to those around them. It covers every problem a family could deal with, except death because really that's no big deal when you have to worry about pedophilia, rape, murder, masturbation, adultery, living a lie, and prank phone calls.
