Halo-Ps2

I dont have enough money for x box so I am looking for an alternative to Halo for the ps2. So far Time spliters "future perfect" is the closest I can find. Any others I should Look at?

Not plausible. The only game I can see my self getting the x box for is Halo 2. Maybe Ninja Gaiden 3. Ps2 has alot better RPGs which are my weapon of choice. Let's not turn this into a battle of the consoles plztnx.

I have Halo, and the best console fps I have ever played was Red Faction 1 on ps2.
Timesplitters is also great, but I highly recommend Red faction.

And Halo 2 sucked ***.

From what I can tell, Halo 1/2 is the only reason to own an Xbox. Keep the PS2 and check out the Timesplitters games. There's no point in trading in a console for one or two games when the one you have now has hundreds you like.

Red Faction 1 and 2 are both great. Killzone is pretty good too. I heard Project Snowblind was supposed to be good too, but I haven't played it.

I like SOCOM II more than Halo 2, and I'm an ex-Halo/Halo 2 fanatic.

SOCOM II is only $20. It's definitely worth a shot.

I don't like jumping in an FPS. Very rarely works well.

i'm a huge halo fan but if i had to choose i'd say red faction 2. ctf on rf2 is amazing
