Does anyone else here know this movie? I think it's really good.

The one time I've enjoyed Ashton Kucher (maybe because he lost his arms in one instance and wanted to kill himself?).

The ending on the Director's Cut is so much better and it makes a lot more sense.

I remember thinking that, but which one was that? I remember at least one of the endings was kind of sad, the one where it turned out everything was better when he wasn't even born.

Surprisingly good. The plot itself did all the work, even though Ashton did a good job. Now I kind of want to watch that movie again.

When it was released I thought it was one of the best movies of the year.

I saw it on Starz so I've never seen the alternate endings...sounds interesting... Anyways, ya I liked the movie alot...It was nice to see Ashton do a serious movie instead of comedy all the time...

Isnt this the movie about how changing little things in the past could cause huge changes in the future?

I havent seen it, but Ive thought about the concept alot. People often ask me about things I regret doing, and Im tempted to say if I could Id go back and not do it, but then I wonder about how it'd affect me today, and if bad things in the past could of led to good things in the future. If you ever have some free time to kill, think about it.

I couldn't figure out what was going on in that movie until it was halfway over. It was really good though. Very underrated.

The first time I watched it, I must have saw the directors cut, because that was the one where he went back and killed himself so that he was never born. Then a while afterward, I saw the other version on Stars, and I was literally like, "What the ****?" That version is so bland. Almost like it could have been edited for the Disney Channel or something. Good God!

I liked the Butterfly Effect. I watched the Director's Cut but not the theatrical version

I thought it was a great movie plot-wise, but some parts of it were just plain disturbing so I doubt i'd watch it again.

It was a nice movie, the was worth the 4 bucks I spent on it at the movies. Not the best movie out there, but good.

All that talking about the director's cut made me curious though. Maybe I should check that one out, sounds a bit better than the 'standard version'

I didn't know that the guy was ashton kutcher until after I watched the movie, and I think he did a very good job.

The movie is great, I want to see the directors cut now.
