I'm watching The Simpsons right now and it is being narrated, what in the hell is this. Does anyone know why it is narrated?

And the new episodes aren't as bad as people make them out to be.

On Fox, I've seen it before-when it wasn't being narrated. It's the episode where Lisa orders a restraining order against Bart. This narration is very annoying. Maybe it is only happening here.
