Holy Grail is my personal favourite, although Life Of Brian is fantastically funny and a wicked satire. Holy Grail wins purely on sheer randomness. I haven't seen all of The Meaning Of Life but I don't think I like it from what I've seen.

Life of Brian was boring, and the Meaning of Life was funny, but a little too explicit for my tastes. I was accustomed to the PG Monty Python after seeing Holy Grail first.

I've only seen Holy Grail and The Meaning of Life, and I can't say I prefer one over the other. They were both good, like someone said, they've both got their moments. I'll have to acquire Life of Brian soon.
