Bb Trumpet am i going to write it 2 notes higher that the original score?
What i mean is am i going to move an E to a G for the Trumpet players score?

Provided the "original score" is in concert pitch (such as a C trumpet, piano, etc. piece), write it 2 semitones higher, not two letters.
e.g. E to F# (not G), D to E, and so on.

Yeah, what Trigger said. If you just move the notes up by two letters, the piece is going to suddenly be in some funky different scale mode.
It's also preferrable that you understand how to transpose music. For example, if the key's originally written in B major, and you transpose it to C# major, it's preferrable you get the right key signature/accidentals and such. It's possible if you don't know what you're doing that you may turn a passage like.. B D# C# A# B.. into C# F Eb C C#, which would be the right pitches, but the wrong spellings of the notes. Think of intervals, keep the intervals the same, and find the right accidentals (or lack thereof) to make it the right pitch. That passage would be correctly written in C# major as.. C# E# D# B# C#. Of course, you would have the C# key signature there at the beginning, so you wouldn't need to put sharps in front of those notes.
