The notes you have there are:

F#, G, E, D, C#, A

The key with 2 #'s in it is D Maj

So you're in D Major

D E F# G A B C# D

But you're concentratin on the F# note, so you are really in F# Phrygian

1.what notes are sharp what notes are flat in a scale
2.and i i were to solo over this or something would i solo in the key D maj? (considering the key of F# phygian doesnt exist... or dose it?)
3.and isnt there a F in there

Play D Major starting and finishing on F#, you'll be playing F# Phrygian
