I got this out from the videoshop couple days ago and haven't watched it yet. Should I? I've heard from quite a few people on here and my sister that it's very disturbing?
Is this a good movie?

Its an absolutely fantastic film, well made and very hard hitting. It is extreme stuff though, not a film I would want to watch over again, really makes you think. I say watch it, just prepare for how you take it, some people would be fine. its just a movie, dont half put you off drugs though, kinda makes me fear life a little, thats just me i guess.

It was hard for me to feel any sympathy toward the characters as they got to where they were motivated by either money or some dillusional ideal of beauty. I cerntainly felt bad to see them in pain, but I didn't really care for them.

It's not a bad film by any means, so watch it, but, for me, I didn't care for it.

Aronofsky is just not to my tastes, even Pi.

It's a really intense film. I know when I watched it for the first time I wasn't expecting it to be at all what it was. I love it though. But yeah, it's definetly really extreme, and some parts can be a tad disturbing. But I recommend watching it.

Dammit, I can't find the movie anywhere and I really want to see it. I thought Pi was awesome, eventhough it's been a while since I saw it.

Most of the people I know who like this movie are drug users. If that says anything...

I've seen it now, it is a really good movie, but not as disturbing as I expected. It is really horrible how those 4 people end up though.

I absolutely love this film, I'm not a drug user. I didn't like pi, I felt like it was going no where. However Requiem really sucked me in.

Its really depressing. In most movies, at least one of the main characters ends up in a happy place...but not in this one.

I found it a lot less disturbing than I expected. Everyone made it sound super-disturbing. It wasn't.

I loved the fact that nobody turned up in a happy place, to be honest. It was such a fitting ending.

It definitely scared me out of doing drugs. That, and donuts.

One of my friends saw it and it freaked him out.

I guess I'll see it eventually.

I strongly disliked this movie. I found it impossible to care for any of the characters, making it impossible for me to be moved by it. I also found the cinematography to be unbelievably annoying.

I loved Pi, though. I was just thinking of renting that one again, actually.

Yeah it's not disturbing at all, you pussies. The characters are total idiots and the ending is extreme. Still I think it's deffinately a movie worth watching.
