**** yeah bro, I like me some of that Anvil Warface ****. I couldn't get the songs going continuous they kept dropping out to buffering (like play 8 secs, drop for 4) so you should get up on purevolume and soundclick and whatever other sites you can find, just get your arses all over the net.
So it's pretty hard to give you any useful feedback, but the energy is good and the two gats work pretty well together. The rhythm section was hard to suss coz I wasn't getting the bass but the drummer sounds pretty ****in cool man. The vox have good aggro but come out real thin and strained rather than powerful, could be the recording, could be technique, maybe he's going more for that high pitched thing on purpose, I don't know. But overall they're a cool couple of tunes bro.
meh.iv tried a few times but the link isn't working. :(

Thanks for the feedback Jake. The vocals sound more powerful live, I have to say. Think it's down to the mic that was used at the studio.
Please have a listen.

Hey, nice work. I agree with what Jake said about the vocals sounding a bit thin, but you already explained that. Your drummer sounds like a gun, and I really like the guitar in Leave Me Be. Impressive overall. Very good work.

Thanks a lot for the feedback. Our lead guitarist can REALLY shred but these tracks don't showcase it. If anyone's interested in gettin a demo (UK only tho) I could send you one if you can send me about a quid lol. E-mail melchiresa666@hotmail.com if you're interested.

Hey man!
Alot of energy on these recordings. Sounds like you're having fun ;)
Things get a little muddy at times, and I'm sure there's some cool stuff going on - it just needs to be a bit more focused. Sometimes "noise" is good, but it doesn't always = heavy. Heaviness can be in the notes played, the phrasing, stuff like that, but it can still be crystal clear. So just something to consider!
Also the vocals could be alot clearer too. That said, really liked them on Leave Me Be - in fact, I liked that song most of all in general. The little kick rolls in the main riff were really cool. Drummer could maybe tighten up just a little bit in places, but still does a great job! Especially on "Fúck you and your haircut". Lots of nice stuff going on there.
Anyway, yeah, overall good stuff! My taste for outright heavy stuff is actually diminishing slightly these days, so I'd even go as far as to say it's not my "style" as such (lately I'm leaning towards stuff that's musically denser/richer), but it's got all the right ingredients - alot of raw, unrestrained energy. I think it could benefit from a little more focus, but in either case keep up the kickáss work! Look forward to hearing more.
And get yerselves a Soundclick account so ya can have more songs!!!

I never mentioned that we kept the sound as unprocessed as possible so we got as close to our live sound as possible. Not only that but apart from layered vocals, all the tracks were recorded live in the studio. Rawness is what we were lokkin' for.
Cheers for the feedback,
Mike
