It says it has the making of the DVD, but what I want to know is what part of the DVD. So far it's just a collection of a live gig, and their single videos...maybe there will be some "backstage" drunken footage, who knows.

I think for me, instrutional videos are cool for a while. You learn what it is they play, practise it and then it's the same everytime. Like Young Guitar, I learnt all the demonstrations from it, and now I hardly watch it because there's not much point since I know them all.
But with a live gig, I can use it to get inspiration for my own gigs, like little fills/runs, headbanging styles, and other random stage antics.
I just remembered about that other instructional DVD Alexi and Janne are supposed to be doing this summer showing how they construct their guitar/keyboard duels. That's going to be sweet.

Play nice kiddies. Opinions, opinions.
I could have said the same about you. I could really care less if you agree with me or not and I'm not going to change anything about my posting just because some dick in California can't take my criticism of their precious CoB.
God...... Why the **** can nobody get my location right?
I've said hundred times over. I live in Oregon. I lived most of my life in Cali.
It's not that I can't take criticism about CoB. Their not even my fav band, just so you know.
You sound like an idiot with your LAME and BASELESS comments towards FTR.
If you want, you can suit those comments to any single album. BY ANY ARTIST IN ANY GENRE.

Then what is it?
You sound like an idiot with your LAME and BASELESS comments towards FTR.
Here's somthing "baseless" for you. I just went through the whole album and I found these things:
The guitar tone is the same for most of it
The drums are the same through the whole album
The key is usally either in A or D minor (I just went through the whole album and played those two notes throughout a good portion of the songs)
The tempo is pretty close for all the songs
The riffing style and fills are really close
The bass always stays in the back aside from Hellion
The form hardly changes
The vocals are also the same except for Hellion and they didn't even write that song.
I could go on and on. That's why I think it's really samey. I'm not asking you to agree with me and I couldn't give a **** if you did.
If you want, you can suit those comments to any single album. BY ANY ARTIST IN ANY GENRE.
That's exactly my point. If you said that about any other album I wouldn't tell you to leave the thread, I'd just disagree with you.
Please kill yourself and do the world a favor.
You're always so creative with your insults!
And actually Kissing the Shadows is the only song I listen to regularly on that album.

Oh, definately. I'm not saying the content of the album is bad, just it gets to be too samey sometimes. Kissing the Shadows is pretty great, I even learned it on keys.

what kind of keyboard do you have?
If you want to argue a CoB album sounds the same, I'd agree with AYDY(most of it).
Though,
Living Dead Beat, AYDY, In Your Face, Bastards Of Bodom, We're Not Gonna Fall (TS&L is on the EP first so I don't count it) are great, but really not that great.
The 2nd half of HCDR is BAD. The solo in YBOD is great. HCDR isn't a bad song , but nothing great. Triplecorpse Hammer blow is boring. LilBlood red riding w/e isn't good at all.

what kind of keyboard do you have?
I have two Yamahas. One is a 88 key, only about 8 different sounds, but it sounds real nice, which is what I normally use. The other one is a 60 (I think) key one with a whole ****load of effects. Each were about 600 dollars.

only 8 sounds  ? which ones?
Well it's more for straight up playing classical and jazz (it's wieghted) rather than messing around with, which is why I have the other one for all the bells and whistles.
The sounds on that one are:
Grand Piano1
Grand Piano2
Electric Piano1
Electric Piano2
Organ1
Organ2
Strings
Harpsichord1
Harpsichord2
Vibraphone
The other keyboard has about 800 different effects and sounds.
